Our multi-generational endeavor includes projects for her three daughters as well. Two years ago, we installed a deck for her eldest daughter, and in the coming weeks, we will be installing an entry door for her youngest daughter.

Our most recent project with Florence involved replacing her rear entry door. During the installation, our expert installer, Billy, noticed a serious issue: wood rot around the frame and behind the vinyl siding. Billy promptly repaired the frame and sealed everything as best as possible. However, we knew a more permanent solution was needed.

Julian Subers, representing the fourth generation of S&S Remodeling Contractors, developed a long-lasting solution. We removed all the existing vinyl siding on the back of Florence’s home, replaced all the rotted wood, and installed new Alside Charter Oak Vinyl Siding with Tyvek Home Wrap. This thorough approach ensured that the structural integrity of the home was restored and protected for years to come.
